  1. Ian and I read of Helen’s passing this morning. This is an end of an era in Middle River. She was an amazing woman and a great friend, supporter, and caregiver to Isabel and Kenny. We thought the world of her. We send our deepest sympathies to the family. I wish we were in NS to be able to attend the memorial service. We are currently in the UK with Kaylyn and John. Our thoughts are with you. Ian, Cheryl, Kaylyn, Jamie and Cameron

  2. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Helen was a wonderful neighbour and friend of our parents. Kindness and a warm smile was always extended to one & all who entered her home. My prayers are with each of you Nancy; Bruce & Darlene and your children during this difficult time. May we never forget Helen’s lovely smile and thoughtful manner. Thinking of you at this time, Gordon
