We received our first edition of the Inverness Oran today and were very saddened to learn of Mack’s passing. I have many fond memories of Mack from my years working in the Foster Care system in Cape Breton. He was such a gentle man, and a true gentleman. His love and caring for his family was always very evident and I especially enjoyed his great Cape Breton sense of humour and wit. I know his passing will leave a big hole in your hearts and in your lives. We hope you all will find comfort and solace in the love and caring of family and friends, and in your many memories of happier times with him. We will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers as you say your final farewells this week.
Dear Joyce:
My most sincere condolences to you and Mack’s family/friends.
